自 2025/12/02 台北時間 10:00 起，
eShipping 平台（全球網頁版與台灣區行動裝置 APP）
將正式啟用 多因素驗證（MFA）。
- 登入時請輸入 Company ID、User Account、Password。
- 登入成功後，系統將寄送一次性密碼 (OTP) 至註冊信箱。
- 請於有效時間內輸入 OTP 完成登入。
提醒：若有帳號共用，建議由 公司管理者帳號 先登入，為每位使用者建立專屬帳號並綁定單一 Email，以避免 OTP 驗證失敗。
Starting from 2025/12/02, 10:00 Taipei Time, the
eShipping Platform (Global Web version and Taiwan Mobile App) will enable
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Log in with company_id, account, and password.
- After login, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered email.
- Please enter the OTP within its validity period to complete the login.
Reminder: If your company currently shares accounts, we recommend that the company administrator account log in first and create individual accounts with a unique email for each user to avoid OTP failures.
